EMSB Chorale to perform two world premieres

The EMSB Chorale is very excited about performing not one, but two world premieres at this year’s Spring Gala Concert! The choristers hope you will come and hear these beautiful new works by Quebec composers Rémi St-Jacques, a young award-winning composer from Blainville, QC,  and Alexandra Delgado, a Westmount High graduate who has gone on to a distinguished career as a pianist and composer. 

The concert will also feature classical and traditional music from several countries as well as selections from the movies and the Broadway stage. Guest flautist Lucie Bouchard and percussionist Kristie Ibrahim join conductor Patricia Abbott, assistant conductor Marie-Ève Arseneau and pianist Anne-Marie Denoncourt for an inspiring evening entitled Musical Journeys.
