“The principal meets with staff, parents and community leaders once a month to discuss the children, their needs, and the well being of the student body as a whole. Late into the evening the lights still burn bright through the meeting hall windows." - Clive, Roslyn Caretaker
Roslyn Governing Board
Putting student potential in focus:
The principal works with the school’s teachers and staff to ensure the best possible educational environment for the children and to identify the ideal means to foster professional development through new technologies and new ideas in teaching.
The principal and interested teachers take these findings to the governing board, a partnership of parents, administrators, teachers and staff. Together they set policy direction for programs and services, as well as oversee operations and budgets, all with an eye on the ever-evolving needs of the Roslyn community.
